ซุปเปอร์ลีน คืออะไร ?
ซุปเปอร์ลีน คือ พลาสติกวิศวกรรม ที่มีความแข็ง เหนียว ขยายตัวได้มาก ไม่เสียรูปทรงง่าย มักจะถูกเรียกในชื่อที่ต่างกันออกไป เช่น PA6 (Polyamide) หรือ ไนล่อน 6 (Nylon 6) เหมาะสำหรับงานรับแรงมาก ๆ ทนต่อสารเคมี การขีดข่วน การขัดสี และทนต่อความร้อนได้ดี จึงถูกนำไปกัดขึ้นรูปตามแบบเพื่อใช้ทำงานเป็นเฟือง แบริ่ง บู๊ซ เกียร์ วาล์ว และล้อรถจักรยานยนต์ เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีการเติมสารเติมแต่ง เช่น Glass fiber, Mineral fiber เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มสมบัติทางกล และการทนความร้อนให้ดียิ่งขึ้น เพื่อใช้เป็นชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ เช่น Fan clutch, Intake manifold เป็นต้น
